We aim to have your order arrive to you as soon as possible.
Delivery within Australia via express post / courier - a signature will be required on delivery so we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct parcels once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery with 2-8 business days depending on location within Australia.
We accept returns WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE
Please ensure bag is in the same condition & box you received it in, with all tags attached. Bags cannot be used or altered in any way. Please email: email@example.com advising why you would like to return the goods.
* Send your parcel with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense making sure that it arrives back to us within 10 days of the purchase date.
* If you are seeking a refund then we will credit your card or account (method of payment used for the purchase) Less any shipping charge that we have spent on the first delivery. We reserve the right to refuse items that are received by us AFTER the 10 day grace period has expired or if they are not returned in the same condition as you received them. The refund procedure normally takes two business days to process. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
